“and forget not that the earth delights to feel your bare feet, and the winds long to play with your hair.”   Kahil Gibran

Welcome to my website!

My yoga classes in Braunton are currently running a little differently due to current restrictions. There are classes on zoom on Monday mornings 9.30-10.30am and Thursday evenings 6-7.30pm.  The Monday & Thursday classes will hopefully move to in person classes when it is possible at some point.. but i will keep a class on zoom as well.  I will update as and when i can confirm.  For the month of March i have started a new class!! Restorative yoga and a long nidra (relaxation) no experience needed, if you wish to relax deeply this is for you. It is on Mondays, 7-8pm. Please get in touch for venues and for the zoom link.

Massages are available, just contact me and we can arrange a suitable time for us both.

If you are looking to go on a retreat, have a look and listen to Burgs, the teacher from the art of meditation. I cannot recommend his teaching and the whole retreat highly enough. Truly amazing. So if anyone is thinking they would like to go, I urge you to GO!! There was mostly sitting meditation and some Chi Kung, interspersed with discourses which definitely help you to realise a few home truths. The food was first class and the accommodation a beautiful old house in the country, and the silence was golden. Check out his site, he has inspirational stuff to listen to on there too.

“There is a light that shines beyond all things on earth, beyond us all, beyond the heavens, beyond the highest, the very highest heavens. This is the light that shines in our heart.”    The Chandogya Upanishad

I have been practicing the ancient art of Chavutti Thirumal (massage by foot pressure) since 2004 and this blissful full body massage is available in Braunton or South Molton, and the other treatments I practice are portable so I can be more flexible and travel to you. I work in the Rose & Crown chiropractic clininc in South Molton and at Hands On Floatation & Treatment Centre in Braunton. I also work at a local yoga retreat near Barnstaple.

If you are looking for a Yoga class in Braunton or the surrounding areas, Woolacombe, Croyde, Georgeham, Barnstaple, give me a call and if I am not able to help I can always put you in touch with other local yoga teachers.

“Love can never be exclusive. The sun does not choose to shine on some flowers in the garden and not others. Love is inclusive and has many faces – caring, listening, sharing from the heart, accepting someone for what they are right now, are all acts of love, as long as you seek nothing in return. It all starts with acceptance of yourself – you’re just fine as you are right now, warts and all. It’s not that you will stay that way forever – but you might, if you don’t accept. The key to the greatest door called love is acceptance. First your self, then others (especially the ones you currently resist) and eventually…ALL.”
