There are a few changes over the coming weeks as i am away on a course Thurs 17th May & Fri 18th May. No classes those days. Classes are as normal week beginning 21st May, then the following week the Tuesday class is as normal but there is no Friday class on 1st June. Thurs 31st May i am not sure about yet, as it depends if i can get back from my course in time and i will work this out this week… I am away on a retreat from 5-12 May, so classes start again after the half term on Thurs 14th June. Hope this makes sense! Feel free to call or email or text me if you are not sure.
My yoga classes in Braunton have now started again for the summer term. Times are Tuesday at 6pm-Dynamic class, Thursday 7.30pm-Drop-in classical yoga, Friday 11am-Gentle class. All classes last for an hour and a half and are held at the Upstairs hall in Christchurch, Braunton.

I have been practicing the ancient art of Chavutti Thirumal (massage by foot pressure) since 2004 and this blissful full body massage is available in Braunton or South Molton, and the other treatments I practice are portable so I can be more flexible and travel to you. I work in the Rose & Crown chiropractic clininc in South Molton and at Hands On Floatation & Treatment Centre in Braunton. I also work at a local yoga retreat near Barnstaple.
